Editor's Note - May 2022

This past month has been somewhat crazy.

The CCMG have been hard at work with S. Seta re-doing the Qualifications for the Agents, Team Leaders and also the Managers. The team of Subject Matter Experts chosen by S. Seta have done incredible work and the CDP team have been praised for their robust debate and hard work. Our achievement has been staggering and we are now finalising the Assessment Blue Print, so almost done.

We have also been working with our new Stakeholder COPC to integrate our expertise and knowledge of the industry. Watch this space for the international benchmarking which will compare the world to South Africa. We are also communicating with City and Guilds in the UK to recognise our designations as aligned to the requirements in the UK for Contact Centre Staff. This will add an additional marketing benefit to reassure international investors of the value of the Designated Professionals with Designations in South Africa. This communication is also happening with the CCMA in the UK. We are also in early talks with the equivalent of the professional body in Australia.

Our "Good Business Practice" process is all completed and ready to assess any Supplier, Vendor or Contact Centre for them to earn their badges. There are 5 badges that you can choose to be assessed against.

  1. Compliance
  2. Professionalism
  3. Customer Centricity
  4. International Recognition
  5. Resilience

Call us and we can take you through the process.

The Awards will be launched on the 1st July and will happen at the end of November Contact us if you are interested in Becoming a Sponsor.

The Conference is building to once again becoming a great event.
