Link Market Services does it again….

As at 01 July 2019 Link Market Services will be the new home of SASOL Limited, Sasol Khanyisa & SOLBE1 Share Registers with an approximate number of 533 148 shareholders split between these three registers. Link is a valued partner to Sasol Limited and will bring years of experience maintaining share registers listed on the mainboard as well as the BEE board of the JSE.

Some of the services which Link Market Services will be providing are Registry Services, Custody and Settlement Services, Meeting Management Services, Corporate Actions, Share Dealing Services, BBBEE Share Register Services and lastly Contact Centre Services.

The Contact Centre Services will host a group of trained consultants and an IT infrastructure to deal with any inbound and outbound query from SASOL Limited, Sasol Khanyisa, SOLBE1 and hereditary Sasol Nzalo Shareholders.

Link’s Contact Centre services offerings include: 

  • Servicing both inbound calls and hosting of outbound call campaigns;
  • A dedicated contact centre number;
  • A dedicated team of Call Centre consultants;
  • Stringent SLAs put in place with 80% of calls to be answered within 20 seconds and not more than a 5% abandonment rate as key measures;
  • A voicemail facility that allows shareholders to leave a message for a call back;
  • A rating service where your shareholders will rate the service received by the agent after the call and this will be included in our monthly reporting;
  • First-time call resolution with analysis performed on all shareholders calling in more than once and statistics included in our reporting;
  • Call Centre Interactive Voice Response (IVR) which allows shareholders to confirm their current holding balance, FICA and BEE statuses
  • Customised and detailed monthly reporting
  • Support Services to the Online Trading Platform and website

Shadon Moodley who is currently heading up the Contact Centre for Link Market Services said that he is very optimistic about Sasol coming on board and looks forward to assisting in maintaining a healthy shareholder database. He says that a positive Customer Service Index rating will be one of his main focuses amongst the Service Level commitments. He further went on to say that this is a step in the right direction because it creates employment and exhibits the type of services that Link Market Services can offer on a global platform.
