From this workshop you will have insight into:
- Personal purpose and identity and the role of personal development and discovery and growth in a great employee experience.
- The role of context in a team and company strategy and how an individual contributes and takes ownership of their role in this. Understanding relationships and expectations from stakeholders in a team system.
- How to connect with the customer at a deeper level through improved relationship with self, team and connection with the brand promise.
