It may be winter but our industry is truly bubbling over and a large amount of new business coming into the Country, also new vendors with very innovative ways to support the Contact Centres are introducing their offerings to our industry.

The Awards entry portal opened on the 1st July - entries close on the 31st August, Finalists to be announced on the 1st October, The event is on 30th November.
