novomind AG, a German developer of global omni-channel commerce and customer service software for contact management centres and South African Ninzi-Connect have announced a strategic partnership. Ninzi-Connect, a telecommunications and customer engagement solutions company, has expanded its product offering with immediate effect and now offers the novomind iAGENT solution.
